Kathleen Waters has over 25 years of experience leading facility management teams for Jones Lang LaSalle, Sodexo, and SBM. She is a subject matter expert in soft services with a focus on best practices in commercial cleaning.  Implementing modern soft services programs for major clients in pharmaceuticals, higher education, and commercial sectors, Kathleen knows how to quickly engage facility teams to create best-in-class solutions.
